Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Journey Junction Travel & Tech Co. By making a booking through our website, office, authorised agent, or any other approved channel, you agree to these Terms and Conditions on your own behalf and on behalf of every traveller included in your booking.

1. Booking and Contract

A booking request is subject to availability and is confirmed only when Journey Junction Travel & Tech Co. issues a written booking confirmation and receives the required payment.

The person making the booking confirms that all information provided is accurate and that they are authorised to accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all travellers in the booking.

Customers must review the booking confirmation carefully and notify us promptly of any error. Package inclusions, exclusions, itinerary, price, payment schedule, cancellation charges, and special conditions will be set out in the quotation, invoice, or booking confirmation.

2. Payments

Unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation, a deposit of 25% of the total booking amount is required to secure a booking. The balance amount must be paid at least 30 days before the tour departure date, or by the date stated in the booking confirmation.

For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment may be required at the time of booking.

Payments may be made through online payment gateways, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, UPI, or other methods communicated by Journey Junction Travel & Tech Co. Any applicable payment-gateway or card charge will be disclosed before payment.

If a payment is not received by the required due date, Journey Junction Travel & Tech Co. may treat the booking as cancelled. Any refund, if applicable, will be processed according to the Refund and Cancellation Policy and supplier terms.

3. Prices and Surcharges

Prices are based on the tariffs, taxes, exchange rates, and supplier costs available when the quotation is issued. The final confirmed price and included services will be stated in the booking confirmation.

If an unavoidable change in government taxes, fuel surcharge, exchange rate, or supplier charge affects a confirmed booking, Journey Junction Travel & Tech Co. will inform the customer as soon as reasonably practicable. Any applicable additional charge and the available options will be communicated in writing.

Promotional offers, discounts, and schemes are subject to their stated terms and may be withdrawn or changed before a booking is confirmed, unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

4. Amendments, Cancellations and Refunds

All amendment and cancellation requests must be made in writing through the contact details shown on the website or booking confirmation. A request will be treated as received only after acknowledgement by Journey Junction Travel & Tech Co.

Cancellation charges depend on the date of cancellation, travel date, package terms, and supplier rules. Applicable charges, including hotel, airline, railway, transport, visa, bank, payment-gateway, and other non-recoverable supplier charges, may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Refunds, refund timelines, no-show conditions, unused services, train tickets, flight tickets, force majeure events, and credit certificates are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy .

If Journey Junction Travel & Tech Co. cancels a tour due to insufficient bookings or an operational reason within its reasonable control, customers will be offered a full refund of the amount paid for the affected tour services, an equivalent alternative, or a credit option. Force Majeure and supplier-led cancellations are handled according to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Travel Documents and Visas

Every traveller is responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, permits, identification, vaccination or health certificates, travel insurance, and any other documents required for the journey.

Journey Junction Travel & Tech Co. may provide general guidance or assistance, but does not guarantee visa approval, entry permission, or the accuracy of third-party immigration requirements. Failure to obtain required documents may result in denied boarding or entry, and applicable cancellation charges may apply.

6. Health, Safety and Insurance

Customers must disclose any relevant medical, mobility, dietary, or special assistance requirement at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate such requirements to the relevant supplier, but cannot guarantee that every request can be accommodated.

Suitable travel insurance covering medical emergencies, accidents, cancellation, loss of baggage, and personal belongings is strongly recommended. Where travel insurance is mandatory for a particular package or destination, this will be communicated before confirmation.

Journey Junction Travel & Tech Co. may refuse or remove a traveller from a tour where their conduct, health condition, or behaviour presents a genuine risk to themselves, other travellers, staff, or suppliers. Any resulting costs will be the traveller’s responsibility.

7. Supplier Services and Liability

Journey Junction Travel & Tech Co. may act as an agent for independent suppliers, including hotels, airlines, railways, transport operators, cruise operators, and activity providers. Such services are also subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier.

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, changes, losses, or failures caused by independent suppliers or events beyond our reasonable control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving issues with the relevant supplier where possible.

Journey Junction Travel & Tech Co. is responsible for its own acts and services to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any legal right or remedy available to a customer under applicable law.

8. Client Conduct

Travellers must behave responsibly and comply with local laws, safety instructions, accommodation rules, transport rules, and the reasonable directions of tour representatives and suppliers.

Disruptive, abusive, illegal, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the tour without a refund for unused services. The traveller may also be liable for any additional costs, damage, penalties, or expenses caused by their conduct.

9. Complaints and Customer Support

If an issue arises during travel, customers should report it immediately to the Journey Junction Travel & Tech Co. representative or relevant supplier so that we have a reasonable opportunity to assist.

Customers should submit supporting details and documents in writing as soon as reasonably possible after travel. We will endeavour to acknowledge and address complaints fairly and promptly. Reporting an issue within 7 days of tour completion is recommended for faster resolution, but does not limit rights available under applicable law.

10. Privacy

Customer information is collected and processed in accordance with the Journey Junction Travel & Tech Co. Privacy Policy and may be shared with relevant travel suppliers where necessary to provide the booked services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, subject to any rights available to customers under applicable law.
